Performance Coaching (3 sessions)
Three 50-minute coaching sessions
Service Description
The three sessions will be scheduled over 3 months, ideally surrounding a major performance. In the first session, we will discuss the performer's history with anxiety, determine their root emotional driver, identify anxiety triggers, and create a personalized practice plan. The second session will cover anxiety during the practice phase, as well as implementing tools like mental practice and visualization. We will develop a set of anxiety interrupters and create a performance plan in the days/weeks leading up to a performance. The third session will review the performance, noting the performer's experience with anxiety and creating a plan for moving forward in their journey toward managing their performance anxiety.
